As it turned out, I had four in the 1st ten minutes of casting out! The action was slow and steady for the rest of the day and I had a grand time despite the conditions.

Dad and I took a trip to Saltford today for a day of river fishing on the Avon. This was to be my 1st river fishing outing in the UK in around 15 years!
